RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with every Startool product that you order. Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 5 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; customer is responsible for return shipping. Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 5 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Startool. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for identical merchandise if the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product purchased within the past 5 days, please send us an email at sales@startool.com.
